Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your WelleCo pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
